Denver Central Market
Eleven food counters under one roof in an 1881 curio factory
A 12,000-square-foot food hall that opened in 2016 in the H.H. Tammen Curio Company building, put up in 1881 by a Denver bartender who later co-edited the Denver Post. Around eleven counters share the floor: wood-fired pizza and pasta at Vero, Tammen's fish market, a butcher, Izzio's bakery, Call Your Mother's deli, ice cream, chocolate, salads, coffee, and the Curio bar in the middle of it all. Food vendors run 8am to 9pm Sunday through Thursday and to 11pm Friday and Saturday.
Why go. The one building in RiNo where a group with four different appetites all get what they want.
Weekend evenings the tables fill before the queues do. Claim one first, then send people to the counters.
