Crema Bodega
Small-batch coffee and pantry staples inside the Larimer Street market
The coffee counter at Denver Central Market, doubling as a corner store. Espresso and drip go out fast, and the shelves carry milk, eggs, butter, yogurt, bulk beans, brewing gear, magazines and bike tubes, which tells you who actually shops here. It opens at 8am seven days a week. Good for a coffee you drink standing while the rest of your party works through the eleven other counters in the 1920s Curio building.
Why go. Coffee plus the two grocery items you forgot, in one stop.
Weekend mornings the whole market is jammed; get there before 9am.
