Ambler

Ambler opened in August 2024 on the ground floor of the Hotel Indigo, in the space that had been Hearth & Dram and then Three Saints Revival. Sage Hospitality runs it, chef Samir Aniba cooks, and the theme is Jack Kerouac's Denver stopovers in the late 1940s, which in practice means a comfortable, dim room doing guacamole and flautas, roast chicken, steak frites and a burger. It is open from 6:30am breakfast through dinner, so it functions as a neighborhood all-day place for the towers behind the station as much as a hotel restaurant.

Why go. A dependable happy hour or early breakfast within a two-minute walk of the train platforms.

Sunday is all-day happy hour, and the bar is rarely full then.
