Onefold Union Station

Breakfast with a Vietnamese accent, in a big bright room off Wynkoop

The larger, later sibling of the tiny Colfax original, in the ground floor of the Pullman building a block behind Union Station. The kitchen leans on Vietnamese and Chinese pantry staples for breakfast food: duck fried rice, congee, breakfast burritos, and Vietnamese coffee that will hold you until dinner. Room enough for a group, quick enough for a solo weekday stop, and it closes at three, so it is a morning and midday place only. Order at the counter, then find a table.

Why go. For a breakfast that does not taste like every other breakfast within four blocks of the train station.

The Vietnamese iced coffee is strong enough to skip a second cup; get the duck fried rice if you are sharing.
