This is the original. Snooze opened on the corner of Larimer and Park Avenue West in 2006, long before it became a chain spread across a dozen states, and the line out the door has been a fixture of the block for twenty years. Pancakes come as a flight so a table can order three kinds, the benedicts run four or five deep, and everything shuts down mid-afternoon. Weekdays it opens at 6:30am, weekends at 7am, and the doors close at 2:30pm either way.
Why go. It is the first one, and it still runs better than most of the copies.
