Sarah Ortega's Dairy Block shop opened in June 2019, one of the first retail tenants on the Blake Street side, and it is where a lot of Denver couples end up when they want a ring designed rather than picked off a tray. The house style runs to unusual coloured stones and clean settings; the business is woman- and Latina-owned and works from its own Tennyson Street studio. Walk-ins are fine for browsing, but anything custom starts with a consultation, so book if that is the errand.
