Huckleberry Roasters (Dairy Block)
Denver's Huckleberry roasters, in a corner of the Dairy Block alley.
Huckleberry Roasters is one of the city's established small-batch roasters (their first cafe is in Sunnyside), and the Dairy Block cafe put them a block from Union Station and Coors Field. It is a compact counter off the covered alley with the full espresso menu, seasonal single-origins, pastries from local bakers and bags of beans to take home. Open every day 7 to 5, and it makes a good meeting spot when the Union Station Great Hall is packed.
Why go. A proper local roaster's espresso in the middle of Dairy Block, every day of the week.
Grab a drink and take it into the alley seating between the shops; the cafe itself has almost no tables.
