Cornicello
Eight-flavor scoop counter by the Dairy Block alley door of Milk Market.
Cornicello started life in 2018 as the crepe stand in Frank Bonanno's Milk Market and survived the Sage Hospitality overhaul as a plain ice cream counter, which is what it is now: eight rotating flavors, kids' scoops at $4.50, singles $6.50, shakes and malts at $9, waffle cones a buck fifty extra. It sits near the alley entrance at 19th and Wazee, so it doubles as the exit treat for anyone leaving the arcade or a Rockies game. Nothing fancy, and that is the point.
Why go. A cheap cone on the way out of the Dairy Block alley after a game.
It closes at 8pm Sun–Thu, earlier than the bars around it, so get the scoop before you settle in for a drink.
