Fifty rooms above Death & Co's first bar outside New York
The Ramble opened in early 2018 on 25th Street in RiNo, built by Gravitas, a local infill developer, and it landed a real coup on the way in: Death & Co, the New York cocktail institution, chose it for its first location outside Manhattan. The lobby is the bar, a tall room with a fireplace that stays busy whether or not you are sleeping upstairs, and there is a garden bar and a cafe besides. Fifty rooms. Coors Field is about a fifteen-minute walk down Larimer, which is a pleasant walk in either direction.
Why go. Death & Co downstairs, and an elevator home instead of a cab.
The lobby bar is open to non-guests, so you can drink the place without booking a room.
