Snooze, an A.M. Eatery (Union Station)
The Denver-born pancake chain's Union Station room, and its longest line.
Snooze started in Denver's Ballpark neighborhood in 2006 and has grown into a national breakfast chain, but the Union Station location, open since the building's 2014 reopening, is the one visitors find first: pancake flights, eggs Benedict variations, breakfast tacos and a full bar of morning cocktails, served in a bright room off the Great Hall. The wait on a weekend can be an hour; put your name in and go sit on the Great Hall sofas.
Why go. A reliable, cheerful, sugary breakfast inside the station before a train or a game.
Weekdays before 8:30 you walk in; on weekends join the list online before you leave the hotel.
