Arvada roaster's newest room, with the most seating on the block
An Arvada company that roasts single-origin coffee only, no blends, and opened this Platte Street shop in 2025 at the bottom of 15th. The draw is space: a big bright room, a lot of tables, upgraded wifi, and a pastry case whose contents are baked at the Arvada location. They also do breakfast burritos, paninis and ice cream, which is not what you expect from a specialty roaster. Every Monday from 2 to 3pm any drink comes with a second one free.
Why go. The room to take when Blue Sparrow is full and you need to sit for two hours.
Monday 2-3pm is buy-one-get-one on any drink, any size, at all their shops.
