The RiNo shop of a Denver coffee company that has been at this since 2002 and now runs four locations. Straightforward espresso and drip on Herkimer beans, a short food menu, and the same hours every single day of the week, 7am to 5pm, which is unusually simple for a coffee shop and makes it the safe Sunday-morning bet. Quiet enough to work in on a weekday, and close enough to Larimer to use as a meeting point.
Why go. Consistent coffee with no ceremony, on a block that has plenty of ceremony.
The hours never change, so this is the one that is open when the newer places are not.
