The fifth metro-area location for Abraham Olivas's local chain, and the one that landed on lower Larimer where the late crowd is. The menu is straightforward counter food: birria tacos, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, carne asada fries, chili cheese fries, breakfast served from nine in the morning. Weekdays it shuts at nine, but Friday and Saturday it stays on until two, which puts it in a small group of Ballpark kitchens still cooking when the bars empty out. Delivery and takeout, no ceremony, cash-friendly prices.
Why go. Cheap birria at 1am on a Saturday, which is a specific and useful thing to know.
Weekend hours are the point: 2am Friday and Saturday, 9pm the rest of the week.
