Short seasonal American menu on a quiet block of Walnut Street
A small restaurant on Walnut, just past the RiNo end of the Ballpark blocks, cooking a short seasonal American menu that turns over with the calendar; the spring list looks nothing like the autumn one. Dinner only, five nights a week: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday until 9pm, Friday and Saturday until 10pm, closed Wednesday and Sunday. The room is quiet enough to hold a conversation in, which is not a given in this neighborhood. It takes reservations through OpenTable, and the dining room is small enough that they matter.
Why go. A dinner you can hear each other through, a few blocks from all the noise.
It is closed Wednesday and Sunday, which catches people out. Check before you walk over.
