The Denver bookstore's small shop inside Union Station.
Tattered Cover, Denver's independent bookstore since 1971, keeps a small shop off the Great Hall at Union Station: new releases, Colorado titles, gifts, and a good children's shelf for the train ride. The chain went through bankruptcy in 2023 and closed several stores; the Union Station shop is one that stayed. Check the site for current hours.
