Green Huntsman is one of two 2018 originals still standing in Milk Market, and it has narrowed to a lunch counter: open 11 to 2 daily, four house salads (Caesar, Cobb, a kale-and-quinoa superfood bowl, a Thai with red-curry vinaigrette) at $10 to $14, add chicken, steak, tofu or the day's fish, plus a $16 build-your-own poke bowl that absorbed the old Mopoke stall. Fridays knock $2 off the poke. It is the sane option in a hall built around burgers, fried chicken and pizza, and the fastest lunch on the Dairy Block for anyone working nearby.
Why go. A real salad within Milk Market, ordered at the kiosk and eaten in five minutes.
It closes at 2pm sharp; after that the poke and greens are gone for the day.
