Convivio Cafe Centro

Bilingual, women-owned counter pouring farmer-roasted Guatemalan coffee off Wynkoop

The new tenant of the ground-floor cafe at the Alliance Center, opened February 5, 2026, in the space Serendipity Coffee Bar held for years. It is the downtown outpost of a Berkeley Street shop in West Highland: bilingual, women-owned, and built on Guatemalan coffee bought and roasted through direct farmer relationships, with culturally rooted food alongside. The building matters here too, since the Alliance Center is Denver's most heavily retrofitted historic office building and the cafe is the part of it open to anyone off the street. Weekdays only, and it shuts at two.

Why go. Guatemalan coffee with the farm actually named, in a building worth walking into.

Weekdays only and closed by two in the afternoon, so it is a morning stop, not a lunch one.
